Brush Fire in the 44 Box

On Sunday, June 10 at 1523 hours stations 40, 60, 70 and 20 were alerted for a brush or grass fire which was threatening a dwelling at 8945 Quail Run RD near Bozman, MD.
Paramedic 94 was first on the scene, followed closely by Chief 40 (Phil Jones). The fire appeared to be mostly along the bank of the creek, and was quickly contained by Station 40 firefighters, aided by Tilghman's Tanker 74 and Engine 73. All other units were placed in service.
